How is this worked out?+-
The $6,000 pool spread across everyone chasing it, against the $1,000 you have to wager, works out at 0.43% back. Treat the headline $6,000 as a prize for the top of the field rather than anything you should expect to see.
Scoring divides the pool across everyone entered rather than quoting the top prize, then sets that against the $1,000 you have to put in. A bigger headline pool with a bigger field is not a better deal, and the score will not treat it as one. Value is scored against the 4.0% edge that casinos run at, so 25x is where the prizes cover what the wagering cost you. A casino wager costs a player two and a half times less than the same wager on a case site, which is why the bar is higher here.
The winner takes 25% of the pool, a flatter split than most, which is good news if you expect to land mid-table.
Creator rewards are Dice Dad's own, on top of the cash leaderboard, and are worth 22.8 reward points, which is 53 of 100 on Rewards.
